- Zwiebel und Knobi schälen und kleinhacken. Erst die Zwiebeln für ein paar Minuten in einer Pfanne mit etwas Olivenöl anbraten, dann den Knoblauch dazugeben. Mit Weißwein bzw. Sherry ablöschen und Tomaten sowie Chili und Paprika dazugeben. Hitze herunterstellen und etwa 15 Minuten köcheln und leicht einköcheln lassen. Die Sauce vor dem Servieren noch pürieren!.
